I have always loved baking but for some reason I have never attempted to bake a brownie. So I decided to bake one last night but I was so confused if I should bake a cakey one, or chewy or fudgy. After going through so many recipes from the blog world I eventually gave in to joyofbaking.com and I must say it turned out just like I had in mind – moist, dense and chocolaty interior with a twist – it has cream cheese filling. A perfect way to enjoy chocolate and cheese at the same time...
