Roy to promote Indian Handicrafts in Singapore. Sangeeta Roy is an advocate of
Indian handicrafts and her social motive is to promote the rich Indian craft
heritage through its own exhibitions. She sources crafts from non-governmental organizations
and rural craftspeople all over India. Besides focusing and spreading awareness
on different craft styles, Kala Tarang exhibits a wide range of Indian handicrafts which
includes pottery, metal work, embroidery, folk paintings, weaves and dyes that
